30 DAY SHRED HELP!

I have seen a lot of posts about the 30 DAY SHRED, I am not sure what the crack is but everyone seems to be having great results.
Has anybody got any links where I can get more information about this? Any tips, things to watch out for when doing it? I have a friend who put her back out doing it so am a little sceptical - any info would really be appreciated.
Thanks Guys

I don't think you need any further info tbh, just get the DVD and go. All you need is a mat if you are using a hard floor, and some small hand weights (I wouldn't get too ambitious about the weight at the outset lol). I don't know how your friend did her back but if you just follow the DVD properly you will be fine. Some larger people find it a bit heavy on the knees at first but never heard of anyone hurting their back. Good luck0

It is a great workout and I have found if you do it as instructed you should have no problems. Jillian is always telling you if you are a beginner use Anita. Maybe your friend started with Natalie and was not ready for that.0 -
Just started Level 2 yesterday and i lost 3 lbs and 4 inches in Level 1 doing it for 10 days. Be careful with the amount of weight you start with. This is my second time so I increased my weights.0
