Comment ”I'm joining this challenge” add me so we can stay connected! Comment every day for support, log your stats and updates! Join this quick fix, weigh losses JUMP start challenge with me! Perfect for those needing to break the habitat of overeating and portion control. I've added a 15/20 min Hiit/strength work out with dumbells to do every day so that my result will be long term and I tone up and build some muscles. I will be drinking protein smoothie 2x a day. The oatmeal and 3 boiled eggs/ cooked for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. You can have some fruit and salad/ veggies and chicken breast for dinner is you like. But oatmeal and boiled eggs will help you lose weight extremely fast! Fill yourself up on veggies to feel fuller. You will start seeing results in 3-4 days! I will post my before and after pictures

    20 lbs in 3 weeks is not a healthy weight loss plan. Why are you encouraging people to follow a dangerous and unhealthy plan?
