I don’t have a lot of motivation but I know I want to be healthy anyone have some motivators that worked for them?

I suggest developing a really simple and easy plan that allows you to execute on days that you are not feeling enthusiastic about doing it. In other words, figure out what you can do to start while you feel "unmotivated" then you are more likely to have a plan that works on good days and "meh" days.

I find that I struggle the most with the mental aspect of weight loss than the working out or eating. It's hard. It can be overcome, though!0
