4/13/20 - 156.3 - I feel leaner than that, I put on a pound yesterday somehow even though I now work out more than usual since being home, and keeping my calories low. Bad day to have a blip on a weekly thread, but hope to see a better number next week.
4/20/20 - 156.7 - Not yet
4/27/20 - 156.0 - Well, Monday again and I am up about 2 pounds compared to my weekly average. Not sure why.
5/4/29 - 154.7 - Better. Up a pound since Friday, but I did have a "cheat" day on Saturday. I weigh every day, but having this Monday morning challenge helps me keep Sundays in check : - )
5/11/20 - 155.2 - I hit the 153 mark in the week 3 times, but this Monday weigh-in has so far caught me at my heaviest each week. Half way through this challenge and down 0.2 in 6 weeks, which is not enough. I will keep working at it.

Just post what u do daily. Any activity that u would log in exercise diary on mfp counts. I'm like most on there use it as motivation to move. Some that have been exercising have higher goals. Hope that helps0 -

I am brand new to the community but not brand-new to trying to lose weight. I’ve been basically trying my entire life and I’ve never really felt successful at it. I have accomplished so much in my life and this is the one thing that I haven’t been able to overcome. I am tired of feeling like a failure with this journey. I need to make this time different. I figured that this is something I haven’t tried- reaching out to a community of strangers to help me accomplish this seemingly unattainable lifelong goal. Maybe this is a place that’ll make the difference that I need to finally be able to conquer this weight.

Spring 12 Week Challenge: Life during Lockdown!
Goals for this challenge: Get back to basics, make good eating choices, develop my exercise routine while staying home and learn how to maintain.

4/13/20 – 140.0 : I have been up and down everyday by a lot. Salty, sugary foods, alcohol, stress. Easter was nice but time to get back to protein, veggies and water.
4/20/20 – 139.4: Kinda hanging around the 139s-140s lately. Probably need to jumpstart my losses again with some lower days. I have my leg followup apt tomorrow – looking forward to seeing if he thinks its healing and I can resume full normal activity.
4/27/20 – 140.0 : Up from yesterday which is odd since I burned a crap load of calories on a bike ride. But I did drink a lot of electrolytes and water and ate some pasta and had margaritas. Who knows.

5/18/20 – 140.2
5/25/20 – 142.0 Salty meal, don’t believe this as I have been hovering between 139 and 140 for a month. And I have been eating and drinking like I am on vacation due to celebrating graduations etc. Back to the basics tomorrow! Today a bike ride challenge to burn some big calories!
