    May 13: No weigh-in Satuday, but came here to record a binge last night. This is the kind of emotional out of control eating that starts me on the downward slide again. I am hoping recording it here will get me back in the saddle again today.

    13 May- 148.6 lbs, I need to get more serious again. Took a bit of a break for Mother's Day weekend. Back on track as of yesterday! I gotta make some progress or at least break even this month. I'd be happy with that :)
