Motivation needs some help. Any suggestions?

I’m getting back into both fitness and nutrition after spending the beginning part of Covid just eating and drinking. 😬 I haven’t used MFP before so all suggestions and recommendations are welcome. I’m also looking for a workout friend to help me stay motivated.

Hey! I LOVE eating and drinking LOL. Ive got about 25 pounds to lose and about 5 weeks ago started tracking my food intake and committed to working out 20-30 minutes almost every day! I've already dropped weight! This time around I'm going to focus on getting different types of workouts in, not just running. So I've been rollerblading, using my exercise bike, going to try some workout videos tomorrow and the occasional walk/jog. What are you doing for workouts??? What are some of your favorite low calorie meals??? I would love a friend!!! LOL0

Welcome Cat! Same. I thought for sure being out of work and stuck at home all the time would be good for dieting/exercise but as it turns out it's just been a free for all. LOL.0
