 May 13: No weigh-in Satuday, but came here to record a binge last night. This is the kind of emotional out of control eating that starts me on the downward slide again. I am hoping recording it here will get me back in the saddle again today.3

 I am so happy to find these threads still going. After two months in the lockdown wilderness and a gain of more than ten lbs it feels good to be back. I'm at my highest weight in years and it happened scarily fast so if you're struggling you are not alone. Hugs.
