New but a forever dieter

Hi all, Determined to lose the 8 pounds gained so far in quarantine. Plus the 10 pounds I've gained from the last two years. I think my looking at calories instead of WW points, I will be more accountable. I also have to stop having a drink every night to relax.

    Let's not call it a Diet. Let's call it a Lifestyle Change. Otherwise you won't lose the weight and subsequently keep it off.
