My names Barbara, I'm married to Euan (10 years on 8th Sept) and we have 2 wonderful children - James who's 7 & Freya who'll be 3 in Jan. I am aiming to try to get back to the weight I was before I had James - 11st 7lbs which means I have just under 2st to lose. I have managed to lose 2lbs this 1st week and that was aided by walking more then usual and starting the Jillian Michael's 30 day shred
