How do I lose it

So I am 5 4 and weigh 110. Before the epidemic I was 107, I got there by diet. I felt confident and comfortable in my skin. I try to diet everyday but I always end up breaking by the end of the night. I just cant seem to. How do I get my self control back

    Well, with just three pounds to lose and you already being so close to medically underweight, you want to have a small calorie deficit. If you're "breaking" by the end of the day, it sounds like you're trying to be too aggressive. You only want to cut a couple hundred calories from your day, really.

    How do you know that you need to lose weight? What is your BMI? You sound like a good weight for your height.

    @geltner1 I felt better then. My husband says i dont need to but felt more comfortable there. Idk my bmi

    At 107 lbs you are underweight per your BMI. 108 puts you at the lowest end of your BMI.
