Before and after!

Never thought I would post before and (almost) after pictures. My goal is 28 more pounds. I still have a "hide my figure in big clothes" mindset, but not as much as before. I never thought I would have an issue buying and wearing clothes that actually fit and show my figure.

Ya'll look amazing!
I havent reached the after quite yet, but since I've started taking my Pruvit Ketones, I've dropped some pounds:)
Ignore the other pictures , I just find it difficult to edit photos and stuff on my phone.
ETA-it cut off some of the pictures too. I started at 235lbs. Currently 198lbs

4 years in the making. Original transformation took place over about a year of being 100%. Amazing what can be done when you seriously go all in

Oh my God, your results are incredible! How did you do it?? You said you are not done yet, are you planning to lose more? I think you look great.4 -
Thank you so much! Mostly focused on building muscle / reducing fat. The number on the scale isn't as much the end-game at this point. I work out three times a week with cardio / weight training for 1 hour per session (used to be Orangetheory until Covid). I use MFP to track my meals and try to focus on eating more protein than i ever thought i needed.3
