Monday 9/5 weight: 218
Only down one pound. Need to step it up some more. Weather is much cooler this week so hope to get in more outdoor exercise even though we'll be on vacation part of the week. Hotel has a fitness center so plan to use it every day to offset the food I'll probably eat.0 -
My weigh in this morning was 179.8. Here's to hoping it keeps going down. It seems like I've been stuck between 179.5 to 184.4 for the last two months or so. Very annoying! haha0
