How do I???

I’ve just joined myfitness pal and I’m trying to figure out how or if I can add the exercise I’m doing - I’m about 15 days in to the Jillian Michaels shred and I’m doing that every day. Is it possible for me to add that? Or do I just have to come up with a average number of calories burned??

    There won't be a listing for a specific workout. But you can use either circuit training or basic aerobics. That's what I use, but I will say that the circuit training gives you a lot of calories. They assume all 30 minutes were at maximum effort. So be careful. Remember that the 30 min video isn't all circuit training, there's a warm up and cool down. I usually cut the calories by 33 to 50%. You have to be honest with yourself and use your own judgement.
