Good morning! I am just starting mfp today. I’m coming from weight watchers and decided to join mfp rather than stay with weight watchers being that I felt I wasn’t getting the calories I needed.
I originally started at 305 pounds and am currently down to 287.4. Mfp put me at 2230 calories. I am looking forward to this new way of living and eating.
Any tips or success stories?

good Morning: I just started today and I would love to be MFP. I will try to add you. I am starting at 320.4 and I have a very long journey ahead of me.1
