Hi,
It's been one month I have started my journey towards fitness.
My aim is to loose 30-35 pounds of weight in terms of weight
Mfp has suggested 1200 call each day.
But when I add my daily workout which is on average 300 calorie burnout, it allows me to eat 1500.
So I want to know what are my fellow ppl following for weight loss.
Thanks much.

Mfp is designed for you to eat back your exercise calories. With 30-35 lbs to lose did you set your weight loss at a healthy 1 lb a week?0

I have set it to 2 lbs a week1
