I will be finishing 30DS on Wednesday, so I want to give my body a break from this type of training.
I will go out this weekend and purchase the DVD so that I am ready on Monday.
Who wants to join with me? I plan on doing this Mon-Sat, and resting on Sundays.

I would definitely like to join. It's funny, because earlier today I ordered the ripped in 30 DVD from Amazon and now, a few hours later, I came across this post.0

I decided that I will start on 9/5 with you guys as long as my DVD comes in the mail by then (I ordered it yesterday) and I will just overlap with the shred for those last 2 days0

I completed day one of RI30 this morning, yayy!! So far the RI30 is def more challenging then the 30DS, but I am up for it, and looking forward to the results at the end!0

I did day 1 today and I like that the strength moves are only 30secs each and not 1 min like 30DS.......I thought it was easier then level 3 of 30DS strength move-wise....but I am sore already!!0

Well, I attempted it today. I wasn't able to fully complete the cardio section of circuit 3 as I felt really light-headed, but that could be because of me not feeling well today.
I'm hoping it will get better.
Everyone, don't forget to take your before pics & measurements so you can see how well you did!0 -
I was able to finish but OMG my legs are sore already, I'm so happy I started working out again Thank you guys0

I took a break yesterday, but got day 4 in this morning! And to tell you the truth after day one I thought week one was going to be a challenge,but after working out today it was a breeze working through the circuits. So def looking forward to week 2, and to my weigh in this weekend! I0

well day off yesterdat...but back at it today....I think thursdays will be my day off and I will move up a level on mondays!!! Cant wait for level 20

Did day 5 today. Will try to do one more day of week 1 tomorrow. Then I will rest on Sunday and start week 2 on Monday.

Started level 2 today....I did it after running, so I had to take a couple breaks. Hopefully tomorrow will be better. and for anyone who needs motivations here are the results from my 30 Day Shred...
Ok here is my 30 day shred pics......only 2lbs lost and no where near my goal but lost 11 inches and you can see it in the pics!!

I need to take my after pics & measurements.
I did day one of week 2 today. But I managed to injure my ankle by landing on a dog toy during high knees, so I'm not sure how the rest of the week is gonna look.0 -
Thanks...def take pics and measurements....my scale never moves...so those are the only motivation that I have to keep going!!0

Completed day one of week 2 this morning, and I have to say Jillian sure has stepped it up from week one. Hopefully tomorrow I will be able to keep up more, and by the end of the week will find the circuits a breeze as I did in week 1!0

I started level 2 yesterday...it sucked!!! I cant even do those crow push-ups and that walking up the leg ab thing...well I dont feel anything when I do it....kinda want to move on to level 30
