    August: -5.5 lb ( 167.6 lb)
    September: -3.5 lb (162.1 lb)
    October: -6.2 lb (158.6 lb)
    November: + 3 lb (152.4 lb)
    December: - 3 lb ( 149.4 lb)
    January: - 4.8 lb (144.6 lb)
    February: - 2.4 lb (142.2 lb)

    2 May- 145.4 lb, I had a couple drinks last night.
    3 May- 146.4 lb......tomorrow will be better!!
    4 May- 147.8 lb, NOT COOL.

    6 May- 148.4 lb, Chips & margaritas are got the best of me yesterday! :/
    7 May- 146.4 lb, Much better. Light dinner, no alcohol & no snacking last night. Pays off! I'm eating light again today. Sticking to mainly fruits and veggies and almost nothing processed. I need to drop this water weight and stay focused.

    Gained all the weight back and then some since I was last here. Here I go again. I find weighing myself everyday incredibly demotivating, so I'm going to try once a week

    Gained all the weight back and then some since I was last here. Here I go again. I find weighing myself everyday incredibly demotivating, so I'm going to try once a week
