Hi, Fitness Pal Community! I tried looking and didn’t see any goal threads, so I thought I’d make one. I participated in several of these in 2019 and they REALLY helped me reach my weight loss goals! Unfortunately the quarantine has my summer closer a bit more snug than I’d like.
July 4th is six weeks away! I am going to set a goal and track the next six weeks! I prefer to do my weigh ins on Friday mornings, but feel free to log whenever you’d like! I am going to set my starting weight tomorrow morning!

You’re almost exactly where I am! 130.6 looking to be 125-126 by then! But it’s my LAST 5 or 6 pounds! It’s been going so slowly...if I’m lucky I lose .5 week - esp because I’m strength training! I’ll try tho. 💪3

I was surprised how low the weights were, too. That is by chance. When I’ve done these before, weights were all over the place! We are all improving our health- that’s what matters. I am very short and female which also changes the game.

My goal is not terribly ambitious, but I am trying to take this slowly and focus on consistency. I just started dieting today. If I can get to 160 by July 4th, I would be ecstatic, but I don't want to set too high a goal and get discouraged.4
