I was just wondering ,so for everyday if i lose a pound, do i change my weight on this app?like for example 10st 10 lb and i lost 5lb up to today ,so do i change it ?Thank youuu!!

Yes. You want to update your weight because that’s what mfp is using to set your calorie goal (which changes as you lose).3

And you don’t need to change your weight. You just add a weight entry for today. On the app it’s one of the options under the + sign on the menu.0

Good morning from Oz! How do I remove the kilojoules that are added on for exercise? I want these to just be a bonus and not be added onto the kilojoules that I can eat?
If you got your calorie goal from mfp, you SHOULD be eating those extra calories (or at least some of them). That’s why they are added to your total for the day. Your mfp calorie goal is figured so you’ll lose even if you never do a workout.
The only way to not include them is by paying for premium.1 -
