My goal is not terribly ambitious, but I am trying to take this slowly and focus on consistency. I just started dieting today. If I can get to 160 by July 4th, I would be ecstatic, but I don't want to set too high a goal and get discouraged.4 -

Don't be. When I started out I was at 250, challenges like this one helped me get to where I am now, and will help me get to my final goal. It'll be the same for you6 -
I can't figure out how to edit my original post? I decided to lower my goal weight by a couple of lbs. It's been literally years since I've been in the 150's - I'm excited to get there!

I had gotten to 225.6 (22 lbs down from a year ago and on the long way to 150.0) at the beginning of April when my job got suspended due to Covid, college class ended, the increased isolation had me fall back into eating patterns. Have been ramping up exercise (ballet, desk biking) and hope this challenge will help.2 -
