Too much Calcium ??

So I have noticed the last 3 days I have taken in too much Calcium .. is this a problem ?? Should I try to avoid doing that ?? I always thought I wouldn't be getting enough so this actually surprises me .. I also took in too much protein but I dont each much meat at all (normally meat with one meal every other day) ... I am super low on Fiber though so I am sure I should up that !!

How much is "too much" you are talking about? 1000-1200 should be what you would like to have daily as a female. Extra calcium will just flush out of your system, no harm done.
Too little fiber is not good. Aim for at least 20 gram (if you weight more, you need more). My daily goal for fiber actually set to 25.0
