Plateaus

I know a while ago I saw a post that someone had put up from Banks about how to get over a plateau. I am STRUGGLING and have not lost weight (not gained either, thank god!) in 4 weeks and it's killing me.
If anyone can track that post down it would be greatly appreciated, I couldn't find it when I went looking.
Thanks!
Lauren
