HI ALL! You can join anytime. The club truly is about remaining consistent with your goals. No matter what they are. You can only get from point A to point B unless you remain consistent on your path. Yes, there will be bumps in the road, but learning to stay the course is KEY!

I am printing my goals again here. So, I can review often! Join in anytime, post some goals, talk with others for support! Happy to have you hear.

Remember, you are beautiful and wonderful and fantastic no matter where you are on this journey!

Follow my Hal Higdon Free walk/running training program
Track all of my food and stay within my calorie intake
Read and pray and meditate each morning
Weigh in every day for my Cigna program on the provided scale
