Hello all, I’m David. Been trying to do weight loss on my own for a while but haven’t been happy with my short lived results. Would like to have something more long term and so I turned to here. I’m optimistic and hoping I will make a few friends along the way. Happy calorie burning 💪🏾

    To add her as a friend, click on her picture. It will take you to her profile page. Double click on her picture there and two boxes should pop up. One will say "send message" the other says, "add friend", I think. This is how I do it but there probably is a faster way. Good luck on your fitness journey!
