Hello all, I have started doing long bike rides and have fell in love with road biking. It would help me a bunch to see what others log that are also on my same level of activity to maybe get good nutrition ideas. If you are interested let me know.

I am not cleared to workout yet by my Dr. but I usually do workout videos .... I will be using my "Total Gym" and swimming since it doesn't require me to be on my foot .... you are welcome to add me
