i am 5 ft 5 and my weight is currently ranging from 75 - 79 kg, my goal weight is 60 - 65 kg. It all started with my love for football. i love being active and i am on my feet most of the day. i noticed that i would have to improve my skills to become the best at football at my school but that effort was to no avail. i improved my skills to the point where everyone of my mates said "wow you're so good. if you had more stamina or could run faster you would be better" it made me happy yet annoyed at the same time:explode: . i realised i would have to lose weight if i was to improve further.

i was also in it for the girls:wink: , i wont lie and say that the only reason i want to lose weight is to become healthy. of course i want to live a healthy lifestyle but i also would like it if girls would notice me as well. i really envy the guys who aren't active but were born with perfect bodies and they didn't have to work hard for any of their features and they got all the girls.:mad:

I'm sorry if i sound like it but i really don't want girls in general, i just like 1 girl :blushing: but i don't have the confidence to confront her because i feel ashamed of my body every time i look in the mirror.

i was really excited when my growth kick started my journey to lose weight because everyone around me started saying that i had lost weight when i really didn't do anything so i decided to make it the starting point of my journey. i have recently joined a gym and can see slight results.
