Consistency Club Day 4..... WOO!

Okay gang. I made it 4 days on the tracking. Everything! I feel great about that. I need to make better choices to track now. And get moving more. Day 2 I moved more, but only that day so far in 3 days of June. Today I plan to hit the stair stepper and do a yoga class on GAIA.

Being mindful every day of foods I eat and how much I move may be my easiest goal. I am also practicing meditation and working on chakras for the very first time. What I eat makes a difference in my body in how I feel when I meditate. SOOOO, that helps motivate the better choices this morning already. That is what I needed.

    OH my GOSH Ya'll... I did it. I made a better choice. Not easy. But I did. All in my diary if you like to see. Chose greens and protein. :) Proud. And my Total Gym is supposed to be delivered today. Off for YOGA.

    Yay, way to go! Hope yoga was good! I didn't have the best day but did better food-wise than yesterday. I'm starting to burn out on my couple unhealthy weeks, I couldn't even buy a bunch of junk at the grocery store like I'd planned. I did work out too, woot woot! Not sure I'll get time tomorrow, have a test in the morning and company for lunch. I'll try to at least do yoga before bed.

    Hey Kat! Thank you for your support and friendship already :smile: You are fantastic! I am with you on the food burn out. Thank goodness I feel that too. I am shopping today and I feel stronger about going. I will make better choices today. I did really enjoy the Yoga. I did my very first toning and cleansing chakra session on GAIA. I felt so relaxed and good after. Enjoy your company..... I will send prayers and good vibes your way for your continued healing! XOXO
