23 pounds lost . Saying goodbye to my size 10's (picture!)

Options
It's been a while since I've posted here. I am always here reading success stories to keep me motivated and I love when people post pictures showing their success. I am 5 ft 1 inch and my starting weight was 154. Being so short, any weight looks terrible on me! I am now down 23 pounds and nearly 5 inches off of my waist. i went from a size 10 (and they were getting tight) to a size 5/6 in a little over 4 months. I am extremely proud of myself and so happy that I have made this life style change. I am a mom to four young children ages 5, 3, 3, and 21 months and I am a very busy lady. If I can do this, you can do! I promise you can! All you have to do is put in the work and make the life style change!

4 kids too?! Thats amazing, now I have no excuses!!

WOW you look great, congrats on your success! Your experience made me feel somewhat relieved because many times I dread on increasing my already big hips to 4-5 inches, putting on the pounds & putting all my hard-earned body to waste when I become a mom someday. I know its silly to think that ahead but its that my boyfriend & I already have plans of getting married & have kids & he wants something like 3-4 kids! :ohwell:
