Choice of cardio

What's everyone's choice of cardio? I really enjoy Zumba and callanetics for a good cardio burn that's also not too strenuous. What about y'all? Any recommendations?

Chasing kids around and going up and down the stairs with a baby. That's all I'm doing right now :p

I love dance workouts and kickboxing style stuff, but I don't have the energy to waste right so it will have to wait

Walking and jogging on the treadmill, and indoor rowing.
Walking outside too, but that's more a traveling or Sunday activity for me.

Rowing (the skinny boats like in the Olympics, except mine goes much slower).
Spin classes, before the current shutdowns.
Rowing machine when I have to (our rivers freeze in Winter).
A little casual cycling in the nicer weather.
Weight lifting when I can talk myself into it (everyone should do it consistently, but I'm a lazy hedonist who doesn't enjoy it, to my discredit).
    A little yoga/stretching.
Lately, walks out through my suburb, usually around 3.5-4 miles, to partly make up for the things that are shut down.

I've been walk/jogging 3 miles/day. Just recently starting mixing jump rope into my lift routine. Have an appt at a local jiu-jitsu/muy-thai gym in two weeks; really looking forward to that!

Running or walking multiple times per week (sometimes both in a day)
Biking is increasing as I get over my fear of riding on the roads by my house.
    Kayaking/SUPing
Would like to start jump roping again! I need a better rope though...

I get bored very easily. So I get around 10-15 min of Jump rope, followed by some leslie sansone 1 mile walk video (because I get tired of jumping and the repetitive movements), followed by 10 minutes of warmup sequence from any of the insanity workout (because Shaun T motivates the hell out of those last minutes of my workout and hella burn). I am weird.

Hiit classes and Tabata. Running is not as effective as the former. Check out Geoff Bagshaw on instagram, he has classes on his IGTV for free.
