HEY HEY HEY! I made it to Day 5. My choices and amounts of food are all improving! My mind is becoming focused and now after only 2 workouts on my new Total Gym, I am feeling a bit shaky and sore already, but GREAT. I am proud of my efforts and continuing to find peace in balance in this crazy world we live int.
Our first weigh in for Consistency Club is Monday the 8th! I am hoping to have lost 2 pounds or more since it the first week back.
Plan to read some more today, do a little professional teacher development and prep, play playstation with my man and binge shows! Have a wonderful and blessed day!
OH and please JOIN me at any time! No matter day 1 or day 1000 of this group. Anyone is welcome for support and friendship on this journey of life we are all in together.

Hey, are you still going? You're doing amazing! Oh heck, I'm not weighing in! I'm maintaining and went up a bit with all my overeating from pain, I know I'm up as I was at the doctor's the other day but am not going to weigh until I get through one day without overeating so I feel more in control.
What type or reading and shows? I'm at the end of Breaking Bad, it's getting really good! My "fun" book is about a psychic detective who discovers she's part fae, decided to give the medical thrillers a break. Last health book I read was The Pleasure Trap by Lisle, sadly I'm eating more dairy than ever so I definitely am not eating that way though I still eat a lot of produce and beans. I have two Skinnytaste cookbooks I checked out from the library, I've been able to try a lot of recipes as the library doesn't want us to use the drop box. I'm really going to miss them! Most used cookbook the last 18 months is Moosewood low or no fat cookbook (can't remember which). I was going to try her Thai sauce for tofu but ran out of time the other day.
Did seated arm boxing and cardio, hardcore ab workout, yoga, and foam rolling yesterday. Day before I finally got back to arm weights now that my sprained finger can bend and finally got on track with yoga and foam rolling. I just need to stop pigging out when my pain is worse at night. The only time I've gone over like this is on vacation and it wasn't as long, this is my biggest struggle since I started calorie counting 18 months ago. I'll at least try to keep it healthy food if nothing else, plus I want to rack up boxes with the app Daily Dozen today. Also made my workout bullet journal and need to check those boxes too so I need to earn it! "Steps" yesterday were over 15,000 but most is arm cardio.1 -

Hey Kat! SO sorry I just saw this post. I am still going and going and going. HAHA. I am on teacher vacation and this is the reason I need to keep myself accountable. I lose track of days and even when I am at school, I get wrapped up in life and work and lose track of my real dreams I want to accomplish in my health and career. So, Here is 3 days in one. I maintained too this week. I do not overeat due to pain, but just habit and who knows what else. Food rules me and that is not okay. I am working on it all the time.
We must have alot in common my friend. My husband introduced me to so many tv shows and movies now about witches, warlocks, dracula, fae, magic, etc. I love it! I am a huge doctor who fan, and all kinds of crazy funny comedies. Right now I am reading Awaken Clairvoyant Energy by Cyndi Dale and Ask and it is Given by the Hicks and learning more about the law of attraction. I am attempting to get into yoga and got my first mat from amazon yesterday and love Gaia app. My desire is to become an integrated wellness health coach someday maybe. I am eyeing the Dr. Weil school here where I live and some other things.
You have such a strong spirit and desire to be well and be your best. I love it! I am like you, I work hard at working out and doing all I can to educate myself, but I just love to eat for all reasons and emotions. So, I stay around 180. I so want to lose 40 more. But, I also want to die happy!
