Starting Over Again

Well here I go again. Ever since quarantine and 3 members of my immediate family all losing their jobs , all I’ve been doing is Stress eating. I’ve gained 11 pounds. I am so disappointed in myself. Which makes me eat more. I just have to get a handle on this.
