Is it my scale going crazy or is it possible to lose about 2pounds overnight????

  • It's perfectly possible, but it won't all be fat. Don't be discouraged if you see very small losses or no loss at all for a while.

You can actually fluctuate about 3-5lbs during the day. That two pounds could be water weight.

I guess i should just continue exercising and eating healthy
afterall wats really important is being fit ;)
  • I weigh in Monday mornings and am usually two pounds lighter than any other time. Might be pure chance that I took Monday mornings as my weigh-in. But I weighed today and was nearly 2lbs heavier. I only weighed today as an experiment, see if Monday really is my lightest day lol.

Just log once a week, the same time each week, and don't worry about the rest.
  • I fluctuate all the time, but only trust my morning weights when I am NOT having my "Time of the month." Also key are (forgive me) regular bowel movements!

You're at your heaviest at night and lightest after morning ablutions.

Seems quite normal - I've been weighing in every evening before bed and every morning too, so I could have an idea of mu weight fluctuations and usually end up about 2 pounds lighter in the morning than when I went to bed - this is typically due differences in hydration levels.
