What's foods have no carbs? And what is the highest grams of sugar intake I can go up to, to avoid gaining stomack fat? I'm trying to ripe abes whiles gaining arms and chest.

Foods with no carbs; oils, meat.
stomach fat - or any fat - gets gained if you are in a calorie surplus, regardless of source of calories. So grams of sugar by itself isnt the issue.
