How do i log this into my fitness pal... :|

    I think you'll just have to do aerobics for the cardio and calisnetics for the resistance work?

    I used an HRM

    You need a HRM to log it accurately.

    Depending on your current mass, each workout burns around 400-600 calories - but this can vary...
  • HRM being a heart rate monitor? i have a bowflex ana-digi one thats a wrist watch aha, thats how ive been doing it so far, but last one i just logged as (pushups,situps,pullups) that kinda stuff. Thanks for the help though ! :)

    I use my heart rate monitor and just put it under cardio :)
