I have my story vid out there in detail if ur interested but basically i started with cutting drinks and only drinking a gallon of water a day! Then cut back on refined carbs and of course logged in mfp my calories abd here I am😘 its all about getting back on the wagon when u fall off as long as you always get back on you will eventually do it! Its a journey not a race and I know you can do it too!☺ joy neville23
