Shed 10 lbs in 6 weeks June 12-July 24

    This week was a challenge but I kept reminding myself I needed to snack better.
    I hope I keep this downward trend.

    Was really happy to see! Just done over my cycle so I figure that helped :) weekends are the rough parts :/ great job everyone

    I feel like I deserved a loss this week but I was frustratingly within 100g of this weight every day. Hopefully there’s a payoff with some weight loss soon. I’m peri menopausal so hormonally I’m all over the shop so there’s no knowing what my body is up to (in the “good old days” I had a clockwork regular cycle and knew exactly which weeks I’d lose and which weeks consistency was actually a victory)

    Oh well. On to next week.

    I gained some weight but I cannot be disappointed. I did not eat healthy or exercise the way I should.
    I hope to lose 2 lbs this week by eating better, drinking more water, and exercising. The count down
    begins. Day 7 (Friday) went well. Day 6 (Saturday/Today) and I'm starting by drinking my water.

    I'm a little nervous as restaurants reopen in my state, and I go back to work.. A lot of the progress I've made was helped by having the time to prepare great food at home 😬

    Last week I was frustrated at staying the same 2 weeks when I knew I hadn’t been slacking. This week there was the hoped for payoff.

    Kind of a bum week :( I actually did pretty good on my diet and worked out every day :/ maybe it will go down next week.

    Did not lose any weight but also gained. Time to restart this week again and refocus on my choices.

    Had an injury this week that means I have barely left the couch. Tried to be pretty strict with my eating to compensate and it seems to have paid off.

    I weighed in at 234.6 Friday so +.2 😣 so disgusting! Was at friends for the weekend so....need to gey back om track or the scale will prob keep going up :/

    Whew! Last weekend was a little tough but i got back on track tuesday and did so well with intermittent fasting and keto and this morning I was 230.9!!! Down 3.6! 👏 👏 👏 yes yes yes! Here I come 220s!!

    I think it’s pretty clear I won’t make 10lbs in 6 weeks but if I make 8lbs in 10 weeks that will be very satisfying.

    Well so much for my happiness. +1.4 this week WHY?! Idk cuz ive done so good!! Been dealing with PMS nearly a week now and yet she doesnt show her face. I am cross. 😒😞😔
