This week was a challenge but I kept reminding myself I needed to snack better.
I hope I keep this downward trend.

I feel like I deserved a loss this week but I was frustratingly within 100g of this weight every day. Hopefully there’s a payoff with some weight loss soon. I’m peri menopausal so hormonally I’m all over the shop so there’s no knowing what my body is up to (in the “good old days” I had a clockwork regular cycle and knew exactly which weeks I’d lose and which weeks consistency was actually a victory)
Oh well. On to next week.3 -

I gained some weight but I cannot be disappointed. I did not eat healthy or exercise the way I should.
I hope to lose 2 lbs this week by eating better, drinking more water, and exercising. The count down
begins. Day 7 (Friday) went well. Day 6 (Saturday/Today) and I'm starting by drinking my water.

I'm a little nervous as restaurants reopen in my state, and I go back to work.. A lot of the progress I've made was helped by having the time to prepare great food at home 😬2 -

Last week I was frustrated at staying the same 2 weeks when I knew I hadn’t been slacking. This week there was the hoped for payoff.

Whew! Last weekend was a little tough but i got back on track tuesday and did so well with intermittent fasting and keto and this morning I was 230.9!!! Down 3.6! 👏 👏 👏 yes yes yes! Here I come 220s!!4
