Tips for evening snacking

Hi. I have lost 2 stones since lockdown, and a member of Myfitness for 11 days. I am quite pleased with myself and within half a stone of my target of 9 stone 7 (5ft 6). My problem is that I do very well during the day, and I have factored in a reasonable snack for the evening. However, I find myself thinking of my evening snack as soon as I have finished my evening meal, and the snack is growing. I do keep busy during the evening; cycling, turbo training, gardening, sewing and sometimes, watching tv. I really don't want to jeopordize my weight loss. Any suggestions please?

    Just keep busy and drink lots of water.

    I sometimes brush my teeth not too long after dinner and that puts me off snacking.

    Adjust your other time of the day meals and snacks to allow yourself to have an evening snack.
