Like many of us, I am on a few threads. The more accountability the better!
I am Dawn. I live in SE British Columbia Canada. I am 59 years old.
MFP starting Weight October 2018: 191
Current Weight: 155.4
12 Week Goal Weight: 143.4 (or less would be great)
Ultimate Goal Weight: 112-115
Weigh In:
4/6/20 - 155.4
4/13/20 - 156.3 - I feel leaner than that, I put on a pound yesterday somehow even though I now work out more than usual since being home, and keeping my calories low. Bad day to have a blip on a weekly thread, but hope to see a better number next week.
4/20/20 - 156.7 - Not yet
4/27/20 - 156.0 - Well, Monday again and I am up about 2 pounds compared to my weekly average. Not sure why.
5/4/29 - 154.7 - Better. Up a pound since Friday, but I did have a "cheat" day on Saturday. I weigh every day, but having this Monday morning challenge helps me keep Sundays in check : - )
5/11/20 - 155.2 - I hit the 153 mark in the week 3 times, but this Monday weigh-in has so far caught me at my heaviest each week. Half way through this challenge and down 0.2 in 6 weeks, which is not enough. I will keep working at it.
5/18/20 - 153.6 - Seeing as Monday seems to be my heaviest day each week I am hopeful with this number. Really wanting to get into the 140s for awhile.
5/25/20 - 152.2 - I stayed mostly in the 152s this past week. It would be great to see the 151s by this time next week.
6/1/20 - 151.7 - I slept in today, so got this nice lower number. Very happy to see it.
6/8/20 - 150.9 - I have been lower than that and higher than that during this week. It would be great to average out at a 2 pound per month loss. Working on it.

4/06/20 – 202.8 Starting this round in the right direction. Working on my glucose numbers which is standing in the way. A very l..o..n..g way to go, but I’ll get there on all counts!
4/13/20 – 203.7 I hope everyone enjoyed a wonderful Easter and that everyone is okay. Now…..to get this number down!
4/20/20 – 202.5 That’s better!
4/27/20 – 203.2 Phooey! Multiple supply travel trips explains it best.
5/04/29 - 205.7 drats! It actually went higher and I’ve been moving it back down, but no excuses! I’ve got to get back to Onederland again, and that is just a start! My birthday is on Sunday. I would love to keep the scale moving downward as a present to myself.

5/18/20 – 204.2 It’s moving slower than I like but at least it is staying in the right direction. Please God, give me continued strength. I really want Pizza pretty bad and am not strong enough to control the portion yet.
5/25/20 – 205.3 I know what to do, I just have to do it!
6/01/20 - 206.8 Lots of travel involved with this weight gain. More travel today. It will level off & that will help.
6/08/20 – 211.0 I’ve left myself no room for success this challenge. All I can do is make improvements and that is what I will do!
6/15/20 – 208.7 Better than last week but light years away from my goal. I must just keep building on my strengths and my improvements. The 2.3 pound loss this week is just what I needed to keep up my momentum.
6/22/20 – 208.2 Slowly going back down. I know I can do better in the food dept. My exercise and movement have been great – my saving grace on some days. My biggest issue is that I am working so hard that I am too tired to cook. I have been trying to make decent choices in my quicker foods but I know that I can do better.

Well, missed the goal but the numbers are still going down so that’s a good thing. My body decided that 135 was good and I’ve had to fight for every ounce lost since—but I will get to 125 and then my new goal is to stay there (or lower) forever.

12 week result: 6.7lbs lost. On pace for 26.8lb loss at this rate in a year. Pretty happy with that.0 -

Well, I didn't get to my goal of 170 LOL! It was too ambitious and I forgot to add the human element in my calculations. Nonetheless, it's going to be alright, as if we look away from the scale I've been exercising 6/7 days a week consistently, eating within my calories, drinking enough water and sticking with the plan for longer than I ever have before.
Here's to the next 3 months!0 -
