This probably isn't the answer you want to hear...but I don't snack anymore. I eat enough filling and balanced food at meal times that I'm not hungry throughout the day. I just drink a lot of water, sometimes tea.

Here's a proper answer for you anyway though, If I was hungry I would grab some fruit, yogurt, cheese stick, or popcorn.

Thanks, I actually mean something I could between meals ( also to keep my metabolism going). I usually make myself protein pancakes or a shake with frozen fruits/berries and oat! More like those snacks :) ..

Your metabolism will go all day whether you snack or not.

That said, if I'm feeling hungry and I want a higher protein snack, I will either do a protein bar (I like the Builder bars) or have some roasted chickpeas (they can easily be made without oil to lower the fat content).

1.)We make Green drinks- leafy greens, pea protein, avocado, almond milk, chia, flax, filtered water. Then I put in separate jars, so it makes 2 or 3. Each is about 150 to 250 calories each.

2.) Avocado- mouse with cacao powder or plain on greens

3.) Nut butter plain or with celery or carrot,

    4.) Sardines, salmon pouch
