Athlean X 22 days push-up and pull-up routines

Hi,

Has anyone tried these? Did you do on consecutive days?

Seems to suggest from the YouTube videos that it is 3 weeks to complete, however, is it wise to do these every day? Or should it be every other day?

    I haven't done those but i did his ab routine and it definitely helped my core get stronger.

    Sounds good, looking at the YouTube video it seems to suggest every day but I'm not sure I could do pull ups every day. Might be a see how it goes thing.

    Its worth a try. And just do what you can. His content is really solid though.
