I’ve been walking almost everyday since beginning of April. Starting weight 218 lost 4 lbs. Month one average a mile a day, May and June 2 miles. Mixing in protein shakes along with eating well and cut myself to 1200 calories. Why am I not losing more?

You are logging everything that you eat, and using a food scale?

If you are eating 1200 calories a day, and that's based off weighing everything that you eat. I'd suggest making an appointment with your doctor to discuss. The minimum amount a sedentary female should be eating is 1200 calories a day, and you should be eating back your exercise calories.

Can you set your food diary to public? There are some common mistakes many of us have made and perhaps we can help spot something.

I would also suggest opening your diary. Most people reporting your situation turn out to be underestimating their calorie intake.
