Lost 19.1 kg in 7 months using MFP

From an obese 96.6 kg to a more trim 77.9 kg - nearly 3 stone gone. Recording calories relentlessly in MFP and monitoring the target there, at least 10k steps per day and at least three sessions of cycling or elliptical trainer a week for 30 minutes each minimum. Plus 1.6 litres of water a day minimum. And a hell of a lot of willpower. Still going down, heading for 72kgs.

Greath job, and now that you are closer to your goal, you may want to add resistance training, so more of your loss comes from fat, and less from muscle. when losing you lose fat and lean body mass, to maximize fat loss you want a proper deficit (with amount you have left to lose 0.5 or 1lb/week maximum), get adequate protein, and perform resistance training to challenge your muscles.
