Hi everyone this is my first attempt at trying to eat according to my macros, can someone help me in doing a meal plan according to my macros 70 grams of fat, 300 grams of carbs and 185 grams of protein cal 2570 . Thank you

    It's a learning process. Start logging what you eat now. After a week or so, look back and see where you can make some tweaks and changes that get you closer to your goals. Rinse and repeat.

    No one can really help you with that, it's trial and error, and education.

    You can Google for certain micros and macros, but it's up to you to come up with your own meal plans.

    At the other end of the formality scale, you could use an approach like the one in the thread below, where you gradually remodel your eating from where it is now, to where you want it to be:
