Anyone doing OMAD?

Just wanting to see if anyone was doing this diet and what you typically eat for that meal, just to get an idea what’s working for other people and what isn’t

    I'm not doing it right now, but I did one meal a day for 3 or 4 months continually. I ate my normal food. Really, it's just squishing all your food into one meal. I don't think that it's better or worse than 3+ meals, but it was more psychological to me, the fact that you weren't meant to eat later on was a simple rule that I could follow.

    It was fun for me for like 2 weeks because I ate mainly fast food, but it brought out some of my binge tendancies. So when I would slip and eat something before the one meal, I would still realllllly want my big meal at the end of the day. It just turned into me trying to wait to eat, not doing so, then wanting big meals when I did eat.

    I know others have done much better-- made better choices and had success. For me it just highlighted some of my bingey tendencies.
