    I believe that everything happens for a reason, so this was just not ment for us, and something even better will come along
    The sellers had the condition that they would like to have a transfer in April next year. And we had that we at least wanted to have the transfer before december this year

    I did. I promised you some. I baked it just in case. Didn’t know if it would be a celebratory one, a bribe, or one I’d drown my sorrows in. Black Forest today. If you don’t like cherries, I’ll eat them for you. That’s what friends do.
