Hi, Fitness Pal Community! I just finished a six-week mini challenge with some other members leading up to July 4th and many of us had success. I thought I’d start another one since July 4th is here! How about “YOUR Goal for Labor Day”? Labor Day is about nine weeks away!
I am going to set a goal and track the next nine weeks! I prefer to do my weigh ins on Friday mornings, but feel free to log whenever you’d like! I am going to set my starting weight today, since it’s a Friday. But join whenever!

I also did the July 4 challenge and reached my goal, I'm in for this one too! Saw this late but ill still use my weight from Friday as my starting weight so I can do the Friday weigh-ins

I’m 2.4 pounds from my goal weight. I’d like to see it before Labor Day. I’m great at losing weight, maintaining is where I struggle. So I’d like to still be in my maintenance range (150-155) by Labor Day. I’m currently right in the middle of it, but still aiming for my goal weight.

I like this idea, but focusing on weight loss has been a bad thing for me in the past, so I'm not really sure what sort of goal I should have before Labor day. I'll have to think about it.

We don't celebrate Labor Day here in Australia but I will join in because September 6 is my birthday!! I started a weight loss vlog eight weeks ago where my initial goal was to get to a healthy BMI by my 44th birthday. However, almost 15lbs later I've achieved that I want to lose slowly but I would like to get my bodyfat into the 25-29% range as well by that date.

My official weigh-in day is Sunday. With not much left to lose (10 lbs left), my progress has slowed so losing 4 lbs in basically 2 months seems about right for me - but I hope it's more!
