Logging Youtube Workouts

Hi everyone!

I’ve been trying to workout by using some free workouts from Youtube. So far, I’ve done some of the dance workouts from MadFit. I saw some people recommending that channel as I was doing some searching through the forums. For those who use Youtube workouts, how do you log your exercise? Do you just keep it generic? As I said, I was doing some of the dance workouts, which typically say “Full body” or they’re cardio. Would you just log it as the general “dancing” or is there something generic just for cardio?

    If it is more strength based, you could log it as calisthenics. If more cardio, log it as aerobics(low impact or general).
