Gazelle and I went at it today for a new personal best. 62 minutes with a 2 minute cooldown for 779 cals burnt. The sweatbox was Georgia HAWT!!! Got up to 88 with 84% humidity in the SB. But I got it done!

OK I'm cheating slightly because my face isn't included (you lot know what my face looks like) but feeling like a tiny 5ft1 hulk after my upper body session - plus new gym top 😁16 -

Mine does this too! It’s usually her (a dog) licking my sweaty face while I’m trying to cool down and stretch. I’ll be in downward facing dog with a dog’s tongue dangerously close to my eye ball 😅🥵🤣1 -
