Night Shift Woes

Hello all!
I work 7pm to 730am between 3 and 4 days a week and try to do intermittent fasting while I am at work (usually comes out to 22 hour fasts). I do ok on days I work (kinda, working on the meal prep thing an not just eating within my calories at fast food places) but then my days off I turn into a slug and bomb my eating, partially because I wind up staying awake for 24-36 hours in one go, and then sleeping for 18 hours straight.
Any tips on how to better regulate and eat on these marathon days an not turn into a slug on my days off an eat even worse?

Stop fasting for 22 hours. Your body needs energy, the longer you restrict the more likely you are to bomb with your eating later2

Eat on your breaks, even if it’s just a protein bar or piece of fruit. Getting your required calories in a two hour window and not be starving the rest of the time would be nye impossible long term2
